Hi, I'm Maddy Park, and I am a self-taught home cook born and raised in Korea. I run a cooking blog @cafemaddy on IG, Tiktok, and YouTube. I've collaborated with Buzzfeed Tasty introducing different fusion recipes for Kimchi, and work with a major Korean food company and develop unique recipes. It's my passion to test out different versions of various Asian food recipes, until I narrow them down to the simplest, most delicious version and share this with the world in video.
