Cajun Honey Butter Salmon

  1. i just made this recipe. it was so delicious that i couldn’t stop eating it. the sauce with the salmon is just unbelievably good. and also the green beans harmonize perfectly with the sauce. i will definitely cook this regularly! thanks for the recipe, jeremy!

  2. TL;DR – LOVED the recipe, 10/10 recommend
I’m kind of a purist when it comes to salmon – there are 3-4 ways I like to cook it and every time I divert from those, I regret it (not because it’s not tasty, but because I like my favorite ways so, so much). My favorite marinades tend to be more soy/ginger/sambal-esque, but I decided to give this one a shot because honey/lemon/butter always pair together and Cajun seemed good for flavor.. and I’m SO glad I did. I kid you not, I literally could not stop talking about this recipe for hours after eating it, dreaming about licking more of the marinade, it was so so tasty. I highly recommend this recipe

    1. super delicious!! definitely recommend making this! drizzling some of the sauce on your veggies is also delicious. made with steamed broccoli as it was all i had on hand and it was lovely! i’d suggest using slightly more honey if you want a sweeter sauce, but it is DELICIOUS as is!

  3. Let me start off this post saying I do not cook. I have just begun my journey in cooking and saw this recipe on my TikTok. WOW. I made this dish tonight and while it was super simple to make, it tasted like I had worked hours in the kitchen preparing the dish. I don’t even like fish, it just looked too good not to try, and I LOVED this dish. I can’t wait to try out more recipes as I already know they will be delicious.

  4. Just made this (finished it about 2 min ago!)—loved it. So easy, so satisfying, can’t wait for leftovers for lunch tomorrow—perfect for Sunday night, when I want something easy. Wanted the green beans done *slightly* more, so dropped about 4 tbs of veggie stock onto the hot pan before the last 5 min.

  5. Minimal effort but massive reward. This meal is so easy to make and the sauce is so good I had to soak up the rest of it with a pitta bread so none went to waste.

    1. Oh my goodness this was amazing! I was in heaven the whole time eating it. I made mine with Cajun seasoning. This sauce was to die for and I even had extra to soak up my greens with! I cooked mine for 12 minutes (because I like my salmon cooked medium), but the green beans were a tad under cooked. Next time I’ll probably cook the beans in a separate dish so I can cook them for ~17 min. I will totally be coming here for more recipes in the future! Thanks for an amazing dish!

  6. Made this tonight with Old Bay and my husband and 9 year old loved it. Had to use pre-minced garlic because I didn’t have fresh and that worked just fine, although I will get fresh for next time. Really enjoyed this and it was so easy for a busy set of parents on a weeknight!

  7. So easy and delicious. I used asparagus instead of green beans and it turned out perfect. Definitely will be making again and experimenting with other veggies!

  8. I made this tonight and absolutely loved it! So easy and delicious! I did asparagus instead of green beans and it was great!

  9. Just tried this recipe for the first time tonight! I added broccoli, bell peppers, and spinach to the green beans for taste. Super yummy and simple to make.

  10. This was delicious! I swapped asparagus for the green beans, and they were ready when the salmon was. This sauce is absolutely fantastic, and I’ll probably try to find other things to put it on. Super, super easy to make!

  11. big fan of this recipe!! made it last night, only mistake was squeezing too much lemon on top. such a nice and simple recipe to throw together on a weeknight 🙂

  12. I’m cooking my way through your website and they’re hit after hits. I just made this and it didn’t last more than a minute on my family’s plates. I had to make Cajun seasoning from scratch using a different recipe bc I didn’t have any, but I think it made it better as the herbs stuck to the green beans and salmon. Sort of upset I didn’t eat it slower.

  13. Delicious, highly recommend making this food an easy and yummy weeknight meal! Made it with asparagus and even my 16 month old loved it! I used a combo of old bay and Cajun seasonings by spicewalla (which has no added salt)—perfect!!!

  14. My new favorite dish!!! I just made this and it was delicious! The sauce was incredible, and it worked perfectly with the salmon and the green beans. I can’t wait to make this again!

  15. I’ve never made salmon before, but I saw this recipe on IG and wanted to give it a try. I was really surprised to find out how EASY and quick this dish was to make, and how delicious it turned out!! The salmon was cooked perfectly, absolutely not dry at all. The sauce was incredible. I’m so pleased with how it turned out, I’ll definitely be using this recipe again.

  16. My first time making salmon and it was delectable. I made the Cajun seasoning myself and it was awesome, next time I’ll try with old bay. I posted on IG and everyone was asking for the recipe. I hope they get to enjoy it soon too!!

  17. Made this for me and my brother (who usually doesn’t like salmon) and it was delicious! He couldn’t stop eating it 🙂 We put the sauce on a side of mashed potatoes as well and it goes great with everything! Can’t wait to make it again.

  18. I know the recipe is good because I can taste it in my mind, BUT

LET’s talk about the photo! Bow 👏

  19. So easy to make! I cut three potatoes into one- once cubes , seasoned with some salt, pepper and olive oil and let them start about 20 mins before I started the salmon in a covered dish. Then I added the beans and salmon to the pan, took off the foil and cooked for another 15 mins. Amazing one pan meal!! My boyfriend is in love with this dish and we are definitely making again.

  20. I HATE to cook
But really it was so easy and delicious
My husband couldn’t believe I made it he was saying from which restaurant you buy it ….
    Thanks a lot
