Technically this makes a cold brew concentrate.
Homemade Cold Brew
Ingredients
- 12 oz (1.5 cups) coffee (ground coarsely for cold brew)
- 48 oz (6 cups) room temperature water
Instructions
Cover the coffee grounds with the water. Mix. Cover and let sit at room temperature 24 hours.
Strain through a wet coffee filter.
Dilute a single serving with water or milk to taste (the rest can be kept in the fridge a couple weeks). Serve over ice.
