Peanut Ginger Dressing

This peanut ginger dressing is inspired by one my mom makes from Once Upon a Chef. It’s ridiculously good. That’s all I have to say.
Ginger Peanut Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2-3 Tsbp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2-3 Tbsp neutral oil [such as avocado or grapeseed]
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 -1.5 Tbsp soy sauce/tamari
- 2 Tbsp honey or agave
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1-inch square piece fresh ginger, scrubbed
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Bunch of cilantro
-
Instructions
Blend in a blender or food processor until creamy. Taste and see what it needs!! You may think it needs some more lime or soy sauce -- it is up to you.

I’m obsessed with this dressing and now make it all the time! Thank you so so much for the recipe!!
How long does this keep in the fridge?
2-3 weeks in the fridge
My family and I are literally obsessed with this dressing. It’s absolutely delicious and pretty foolproof to make. 10/10!
I’ve made this 3 times already within the last 3 months! We love it at home. I omit the cilantro because I recently had a taste change, but the dressing is still packed with flavor without it.
I made it once with chunky peanut butter and didn’t like the consistency. Smooth peanut butter is the way to go in my opinion 🙂
Soo easy and wonderful unforgettable flavor
So so so good! I added a little red wine vinegar because I like things really acidic. Used as a dipping sauce for veggie spring rolls and it was delicious!!
So f***ing good thanks king
Obsessed with this dressing! I love to just dip carrots in it, but I’ve been making a kale salad with peppers, green onion, cabbage, carrots, green onion, cucumber, snap peas, and pickled red onion and its AMAZING
Ive made this a bunch of times now and its soo good! Last time I made it I ended up using it on chicken, rice, cabbage and veggies with an asian slaw and it was absolutely delicious. My whole family loves it.
Crazy delicious !! So bold with depth and bursting with flavor. This is honestly one of the most delicious salad dressing recipes I have ever made. I added juice of 2 limes, as well as lime zest for the extra savory. I cant wait to eat it in a salad with Kale, red bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, mint, & basil !
This was very good, as expected. I’m just one lady so the recipe made more than enough for several salads. I even mixed some up in Greek yogurt to make a spread for a wrap I made. Thank you!
I’ve made this dressing over 10 times now, so I needed to write a comment and share how amazing it is!! It’s become a staple in my household and we love it.
